one memorable day :)

Friendship day... hmmm.. i remember 'celebrating' it last with my 9th standard gang maybe a year or two back.. and particularly this year seemed like i wouldn even think about it . But then yes, i HAD to give akx something.. its not like that proved my bond with her or something, but it was an urge to tell her that she meant hell of a lot in my life :) and that too both of us are major followers of making things instead of buying them ( for me it was making bands every year religiously with wool and stuff). So i thought for a while about what i should make for her ( she likes long ear rings but i couldnt make THAT ) .. hmm so suddenly it struck me .. it had been one of akx's and my plans to make this book with a mascot called 'Boo' who would be doing different things in different pages ... so i thought why not do that and went and bought a book and took off its spirals ( i am an expert at spiraling and unspiraling :D) and then shoved one sheet after the other into my printer . My printer !! Pah!!! what a thing.. it first refused to spit out even a sngle sheet as it went in .. but later i managed to coax it work properly ;) and so after 5 hours and a power cut i finished printing the book with small 'ajax' written in the page bottoms and 'boo' in certain pages ... it was BEAUTIFUL :) .. then came the major part of designing a cover page which according to akx and me is a prestigious issue ;) cover pages must ROCK.. so did this one ... i put all small small things that were special to the two of us and stuck it on the book ..
The end result???
She loved it :D hey btw she presented me this card with both our pictures on it 'photoshoped'and stuck and laminated with beautiful wordings.... maaaann.. i love it SO much :)

this entire thing made this year's friendship day so special .. oh and yeah to add to this we sat in bessy for like bout 2 hours and happily chatted as though we met after years ;)
